Each item is received by XPPO.com and inspected at the time of delivery for any defects. During inspection item defects are noted, cataloged, and a picture is taken of the defect. Items are then repackaged and then listed for sale on XPPO.com.

XPPO.com reserves the right to cancel a transaction if we find a discrepancy in the item description, in which case you will receive a full refund and an email of explanation. Also if any minor parts are missing, such as a screw, bolt, etc. Please contact the manufacturer direct to order these parts. We do not stock manufacturer parts. What you see in the pictures is what you will receive, and we list any parts in the condition report that are not included.
